Are you available 24/7?
Yes. We offer 24/7 on-call availability for urgent and time-sensitive deliveries. Scheduled routes are also available for clients who need regular, recurring pickups and drop-offs.
Are you insured?
Yes. EG Medlink Courier Services is fully insured, and we are happy to provide proof of insurance upon request before beginning service.
Do I need to sign a contract?
For recurring clients such as pharmacies, labs, and hospitals, we typically establish a service agreement that outlines pickup schedules, handling requirements, and billing terms. For one-time or occasional deliveries, no long-term contract is required.

Pharmacy Delivery
What types of medications do you deliver?
We deliver standard prescription medications, over-the-counter products, and refrigerated medications that require temperature-controlled transport. We do not deliver controlled substances (Schedule II–V) without a specific written agreement and proper documentation in place.
How do you handle refrigerated medications?
We use insulated carriers and cold packs for temperature-sensitive medications. For medications requiring strict cold chain management, please discuss your specific requirements with us before scheduling a pickup.
Do you offer signature confirmation for deliveries?
Yes. We offer both signature-required and contactless delivery options depending on the pharmacy’s and patient’s preferences. Chain-of-custody documentation is available upon request.
Can you handle HIPAA-sensitive delivery documentation?
Yes. All of our drivers are trained in HIPAA-aware handling. We treat all patient information and delivery documentation with strict confidentiality. We are also prepared to sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with your pharmacy.

Lab & Specimen Courier
What types of specimens do you transport?
We transport sealed, non-hazardous specimen containers, lab paperwork, and temperature-sensitive medical items between clinics, physician offices, and laboratories. We do not transport blood, urine, tissue, infectious materials, or medical waste.
How do you ensure specimen integrity during transport?
We use proper transport bags, secondary containment, and temperature-appropriate carriers. Drivers follow strict handling protocols to prevent contamination, breakage, or temperature excursions during transit.
Can you accommodate STAT (urgent) pickups?
Yes. We offer STAT pickup and delivery for time-critical, non-hazardous items. Contact us directly by phone for urgent requests and we will dispatch as quickly as possible.

What hospital-related items do you transport?
We handle inter-facility transfers of medical records, supplies, equipment, pharmaceuticals, and other non-emergency, non-hazardous medical materials between hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities.
Can you support multiple facilities on a single route?

Senior & Home Delivery
What delivery services do you offer for seniors?
We help seniors and homebound individuals with prescription pickups, medical and diabetic supplies, and everyday essentials such as hygiene items, nutritional supplements, and household supplies, so they can stay comfortable at home.
Do you work with families or just the individual?
We work with both. Many families arrange our services on behalf of a parent or loved one. We are happy to coordinate with family members, caregivers, or home health aides to ensure seamless support.
Is there a minimum number of items per visit?
No minimum. We can handle a single prescription pickup or a full list of deliveries in one trip. We tailor each visit to what the individual needs that day.

How do I get a quote?

How is pricing determined?
Pricing is based on distance, delivery frequency, service type, and any special handling requirements. We offer competitive rates for recurring clients and are happy to discuss volume pricing for pharmacies, labs, and healthcare facilities.
How quickly can you start service?
In many cases we can begin service within 24–48 hours of an initial agreement. For clients requiring a Business Associate Agreement or service contract, allow a few additional days for paperwork.
